Education

I graduated from C.E. Byrd High School in Shreveport, Louisiana in 2012. I then moved back home to Dothan, and obtained my Associate's Degreee in General studies from Wallace Community College in the fall of 2014. After graduating from Wallace, I attended Troy University and graduated in May 2017, with my Bachelor's in Secondarly English Language Arts.

Experience

The 2017-2018 school year will begin my first year of being a teacher. I completed over 165 clinical hours within the Wiregrass area during the completion of my degree at Troy. I also completed my student internship at Headland High School and Headland Middle School last school year. I am so excited to start my first year teaching as a Headland Ram.

Bio

I am originally from Dothan, but lived much of my life in Shreveport, Louisiana. After graduating high school, I moved back home to Alabama. I completed my internship within the Headland school system, so I am very familiar with its wonderful community. I am the co-sponsor for the HHS Relay for Life Team. I look forward to this school year with you all. Go Rams!
